Systems King Inc. offers a secure ordering system based on industry
standard SSL encryption.
Order information including Name, address, email, and credit card
information is encrypted during the order process.
Systems King Inc. secures all information entered by our customers
during the ordering processes and do not sell, share or disclose any
information to any outside sources.
SALES TAX
All sales/orders delivered to any address outside Florida are EXEMPT FROM
SALES TAX.
Florida residents: 7.00% sales tax will be added when placing your order.
PAYMENT OPTIONS (FOR ORDERS DELIVERED IN THE UNITED STATES)
We accept payments by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER credit
cards for the full amount of the orders including shipping cost and sales
tax (if applicable) - (provided that the credit card is with a Unites States
Bank and issued in the United States).
WESTERN UNION and CHECK payment are also accepted.
PAYMENT OPTIONS (FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OVERSEAS)
WESTERN UNION QUICK COLLECT is the acceptable form of payment and in some
cases bank draft will be accepted. Upon the completion of your order, select
the western Union Payment method and you will receive payment instructions.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Did you receive a damaged or defective item?
Please contact us by replying to your original email Invoice stating the
damage or defect.
We will then exchange or replace the product at our cost.
Did you receive an incorrect item or an item that was
not ordered?
Please contact us by replying to your original email Invoice stating which
product you received and what it should have been. If the error was ours, we
will exchange the product at our cost, but if the error was yours, you would
be responsible for all shipping costs.
Did you receive an item that you just didn't want
again?
Please contact us by replying to your original email Invoice stating that
you want to return the product.
Shipping charges and restocking fees will be accesses and deducted from the
total original charges.

representatives) harmless against all claims, liabilities, losses,
penalties, expenses, damages and costs, including attorneys' fees, resulting

Systems King BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT
FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS IN THIS SITE, EVEN
IF Systems King OR AN Systems King AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE
LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL
Systems King's TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF
ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR
ACCESSING THIS SITE.

INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED
WITH OUR POLICIES AND CONSTITUTES A CONTRACT BASED ON THE SAID POLICIES
