How to get Shipping Costs?
Start the order by selecting the "ORDER NOW" Button, and add the item or items to the shopping cart. Use the Secure Checkout Button then enter your address including a valid email address because your invoice goes to that email address listed. After you select the continue button, you will get the total costs including the shipping costs. You then have the option to complete your order by paying with Credit Card, Western Union or check. If you are shipping to an alternate address from your billing address, having that address listed with your bank will expedite the processing of your order.
You can also call our offices at (407) 977-3116 to get costs, however, it is much faster by using the above method.

We can show you pictures through our online support which makes it a much faster response and many technical and informative questions are addressed there. You can also go to our Contact Page where you can email the department you need, see telephone numbers or use the online chat.

How to place an order online?
Locate the product or products you need and start the order by selecting the "ORDER NOW" Button, and add the item or items to the shopping cart. Use the Secure Checkout Button then enter your address including a valid email address because your invoice goes to that email address you enter. (We do NOT sell or use your emails addresses for unsolicited email so no need to worry about getting spam). Select the continue button and you will get the total costs including the shipping costs. At this point you have the option to select your method of payment which includes, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Western Union and Check or Money order. Our system verifies billing and shipping addresses so we ask that you enter the information the way it is listed with your bank. If we need to contact you we will call by telephone or email so please be sure to have a valid telephone number and email address on your order. Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours otherwise we will contact you immediately.

How to get Warranty on Products?
Bikerackking.com will handle warranty issues concerning products purchased within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, warranty issues should be forwarded to the manufacturer or manufacturers of the product or products. All the manufacturers will handle warranty issues with proof of purchase.

Did you receive a damaged or defective item?

Please contact us by replying to your original email Invoice stating what the damage or defect.
we will then exchange or replace the product at our cost.

Did you receive an incorrect item or an item that was not ordered?
Please contact us by replying to your original email Invoice stating which product you received and what it should have been.
If the error was ours, we will exchange the product at our cost.

Did you receive an item that you just didn't want again?
Please contact us by replying to your original email Invoice stating that you want to return the product.
