has been tested to 1000 pounds towing. You should have a CLASS 3 or better
trailer hitch installed due to the weight of the scooters.

NON-TILT FOLDING WHEEL CHAIR RACK
 This rack is designed to hold one fold up wheel chair. The rack is built to be
installed on a 2" or 1 1/4" rear receiver. The unit is powder coated for
durability. Two tie down straps are needed to secure the wheel chair to the
rack. A rear fence guard is installed with the tie down eyebolts for wheel chair
security.
