CLASS II 1 1/4" X 1 1/4" receiver rack to your vehicle, preventing
thieves from removing the rack. Tubular high security key allows
for easy access with only 1/4 turn to unlock.
Exclusive rotating end cap covers the key hole to protect the lock from the elements.
Triple chrome plated for maximum rust protection.
